The vending fee is $250 and it only covers for the reserved 10x10 booth space. You are responsible for bringing your own equipment (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, lights, etc). We have a limited number of chairs, tables and tents available for rent for an additional fee of $150. PLEASE CLEAN UP ALL OF YOUR GARBAGE. **Please complete the form. Once we approve your participation, you will have 5 business day to make payment. Thank You!













Vendors can start setting-up on January 25, 2020 at 8am. Loading instructions will be emailed by January 4, 2020.
All vendors are responsible for their own clean up. Clean up must be finished by 2:30pm on January 25, 2020.
CNY in the Desert™ Committee reserves all rights to accept, locate, and relocate any vendor.
We require that you provide a copy of your insurance for a minimum of $1M, listing "CNY in the Desert™, City of Las Vegas, and Golden Catalyst, and the employees, officers and contractors" as additionally insured. The undersigned party agrees to hold harmless and further indemnify any claim against CNY in the Desert™, City of Las Vegas and Golden Catalyst, as well as individuals involved in organizing the event, as the result of the operation and/or activities of undersigned related to the Las Vegas Spring Festival Parade after Party. The undersigned party will also be responsible for its worker’s compensation & liability insurance.
