Note: Participants/ organizations are responsible for their required State & County Sales Tax.No tents will be provided. One (1) 6-ft table and Two (2) chairs will be provided. This is an outdoor facility so please be prepared for all weather conditions.
Vendors can start setting-up on February 9, 2019 at 9am. Loading instructions will be emailed by January 28, 2019.
All vendors are responsible for their own clean up. Clean up must be finished by 6pm on February 9, 2019.
CNY in the Desert™ Committee reserves all rights to accept, locate, and relocate any vendor.
We require that you provide a copy of your insurance for a minimum of $1M, listing "The Container Park, The Downtown Project, CNY in the Desert™, and Golden Catalyst, and the employees, officers and contractors" as additionally insured. The undersigned party agrees to hold harmless and further indemnify any claim against The Container Park, The Downtown Project, CNY in the Desert™, and Golden Catalyst, as well as individuals involved in organizing the event, as the result of the operation and/or activities of undersigned related to the Las Vegas Spring Festival Parade after Party. The undersigned party will also be responsible for its worker’s compensation & liability insurance.
Early Registration is $250 before December 1, 2018. After December 1, 2018, registration fee is $300. All payment must be received upon Registration to secure a spot. The registration fee includes a complimentary Parade Entry – Value of $75. Once you have submitted the online form, please send check (made payable to Golden Catalyst, LLC.) by mail to:
